INBOUND25 is here and you know what that means, so is HubSpot's biggest product release of the year! If you thought the Spring Spotlight was overwhelming, wait until you see whats rolling out this week. Maybe take these updates one at a time. A week ago, HubSpot gave Solutions Partners and App Partners an early look, and we're here to share our favorites with you.
The theme of INBOUND25 is Unity, and HubSpot spared no expense at unifying not only the Hubs but also the larger community. Let's start with Breeze as AI still has the marketing community in a chokehold.
The most exciting update, by far, has to be the introduction of the Breeze Marketplace. This will be your go to spot for all things assistants, agents and add-ons built not only by HubSpot but also by your beloved HubSpot Partners. We can't spill all the details yet, but trust us, we've got big ideas brewing here.
Copilot is officially being rebranded as Breeze Assistant. Think ChatGPT-style responses layered with deep CRM knowledge. I'm not talking any CRM, this assistant will know YOUR data better than you do. On top of that, HubSpot is introducing the Breeze Customer Agent, your 24/7 AI Concierge that can qualify prospects, trigger next steps and move deals forward automatically. And guess what?!? You'll also be able to build your own custom assistants tailored to your business needs.
HubSpot hasn't dropped a new Hub in a while, but that streak ends now and I'd like to formally introduce Data Hub. Now this isn't a new Hub, its Operations Hub reimagined and reconfigured to work smarter, not harder. Data hub includes a variety of new features including a new homebase for monitoring and ensuring CRM data health, AI-powered tools that continuously scan your database for automatic cleanup and also has the ability to add missing information to customer records for more complete profiles.
Worried about whether all these new updates will work with your existing CRM? HubSpot's answer, "Say Less." The Smart CRM rollout is full of dreamy features:
Now let's take a look at some of the features coming to Hubs you already know and love.
Lists will be rebranded to Segments and will also inherit a few new features. Instead of just selecting contacts, you'll be able to easily build precise audience groups with intuitive tools and AI assistance. This will also allow you to better tailor website pages, CTAs and more based on web visitor segments to deliver more relevant and personalized experiences.
The brand new Marketing Studio will make campaign creation easier with an AI-powered drag-and-drop canvas that brings your entire team together to plan, create and launch multi-channel campaigns.
Your Sales Team will love the new and improved Prospecting Agent that integrates directly into Sales Workplace, monitors prospects continuously and offers advanced prompting to your team at selling profile level! The Meetings tool is also getting an upgrade with added note taking capabilities, source citations as well as an in-person meeting note taker. What better way to highlight unity than to connect in-person experiences to in-platform data?
Commerce Hub's getting a new friend too and his name is HubSpot CPQ. This is a fast, easy-to-use quoting tool that helps sales teams close deals faster by automating quote creation, approvals and payments in one seamless flow.
HubSpot is also rolling out a brand refresh. Expect a more modern and elevated identity, from the color palette and visual style to a beautifully updated product UI. It's still orange at it's core, but sharper, sleeker and more unified across every touchpoint.
