1. You have to be a registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofit
Unfortunately, Governmental entities and organizations, hospitals and medical groups, schools, childcare centers, academic institutions and universities are not eligible for Google Ad Grants, but philanthropic arms of educational institutions are eligible. [Google]
2. You have to have an active website
We highly recommend having a website that is set up for success. Include options of how people can get involved, donate, and help spread the word for your cause. Your ads will direct people from Google Search Results to specific pages on your website. We can assist in optimizing your website and/or adding landing pages to increase your conversion percentages!
3. Use it or lose it
Google wants you to spend your grant money. Your account has to be active and changing constantly in order to continue using the program. Why not use it - how often does free money come your way? If the answer is often, maybe we should be friends! ;)
As an added benefit to Nonprofits, we will apply for and get your Google Ad Grant for you FREE! No obligation to us. We want to help you make the world a better place. We also offer set up, management, and optimization of your Google Ad Grant at a very reasonable monthly rate!
